Appointments-
The practice sees patients by appointment only. Patients can telephone or call into the practice in person to arrange a mutually agreeable appointment.
A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking any dental treatment.
Cancellations-
If you cannot keep your appointment, we do ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice so that the appointment can be offered to someone else. A charge may be incurred or loss of treatment deposit if less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if you fail to attend your appointment.
Emergency appointments
If you require an emergency appointment, please telephone the practice at 9am Mon- Fri. you will be offered one of our emergency spaces, but it may not be with your usual dentist. We cannot offer a choice of appointment times for emergencies.
If you have a dental emergency outside of our normal working hours such as severe toothache, bleeding, swelling or trauma to your mouth, and if you are eligible for the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme, then please phone 0808 169 8117.
An upfront charge of £85 is payable at the time of booking an emergency appointment.
